From a young age Jason took to physical activity and fitness. He started out with Softball and added cross country in High School. He took up Badminton, Volleyball and Weight Lifting. He was hooked, so much so in fact that Jason decided to take a degree in Kinesiology studying the human body and it's responses to exercise. This lead naturally to the fitness industry, where in 2005, Personal Training and Fitness Instruction soon became the desired career path.
The interest in fitness grew and expanded through experiences working with the elderly, military personnel and the general public. Jason believes firmly in an holistic approach to fitness, encouraging practices such as Yoga and Functional training to develop healthy well balanced individuals. Jason believes that your body is your machine and you must make sure you look after it and perform all the necessary maintenance to live a happy and healthy life!
