Long ago (1990), in a far away land (Australia), Carol went to a Satchinanda Yoga Ashram for 2 weeks. In this magical place she learned what it was like to be grounded and clear-headed. She learned what a joy it was to be in her body. Carol moved to Canada, where she lived, grew and became the mother of two adoring Princes. Through her life experiences, Carol pondered the unlimited possibilities of yoga, not just for herself but for others as well. In an awakened state, she felt she was here to guide and inspire. After 580 hours of yoga teacher training with Helen Wilson Welsh, John Friend, (founder of Anusara), Doug Keller (Anusara), Shakta Kaur Khalsa (Kundalini, Radiant Child Yoga Program), Jenny Otto (Anusara yoga therapist) among others, and guided by her own inner teacher, Carol continues to evolve, learn and grow living happily ever after.
