| Never done yoga? Perfect! This class is designed to introduce the student to the basic principles and techniques of a typical yoga class. This slow paced and detailed class will help develop a basic framework for the student to try yoga asanas (postures), in a safe and relaxing environment. Often light and fun, this class becomes an open forum to ask anything you have ever wanted to know about yoga. It is in this class that you learn there is no "wrong" yoga. You are your own guru. |
