| This class is designed to develop full body strength and flexibility through a dynamic Flow of asanas (postures) linked together with breath. A fluid and ever changing sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated postures; this class emphasizes the philosophy that there is no such thing as a "perfect asana". This class is recommended for Level 1, 2 & 3 students who have completed at least one session of ‘New to Yoga' or any student who has a existing practice. |
